SunCoast Blood Center hosts grand re-opening of Blood Center in Port Charlotte

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — The SunCoast Blood Center is hosting a grand reopening of its Blood Center in Port Charlotte.

The facility had significant storm damage due to Hurricane Ian and has been closed ever since.

The grand opening starts at 10 a.m. at 2150 Tamiami Trail.

SunCoast Blood Center says since Hurricane Ian the organization is in critical need of O+ and O-.
