2. Dry form (kwath): Soak 1 part (10 gm) kwath (decoction) in 400 ml of water overnight. In morning, boil it until its 100 ml, strain and drink it. You may add jaggery for taste (only for nondiabetics). You may add tulsi leaves, turmeric and cloves in the kadha (decoction) while boiling it.(Freepik)
