President Zelensky accused Russian “beasts” of committing another war crime in Ukraine after a blood transfusion centre close to the front line in the east of the country was bombed, killing at least two people and injuring four more.
The Ukrainian leader said the attack on Saturday night in Kupyansk, near Kharkiv, about 10 miles from the front line, “says everything about Russian aggression”.
“Beasts that destroy everything that simply allows to live. Defeating terrorists is a matter of honour,” he added.
