BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Blood Assurance is in desperate need of O Positive blood donations.

They have faced a shortage in recent weeks due to trauma related incidents that require transfusions.

Currently, they only have around a half day’s worth of supply of O Positive, which is the most common type of blood in America.
