KELLOGG — A community blood drive is being held at the Kellogg Elks Lodge from noon to 5:30 p.m. today.
The blood drive is located at 202 ½ McKinley Ave. in Kellogg. Panhandle Health District will also be providing free blood-lead testing for area residents during the event.
Testing your blood-lead levels may help determine whether areas of activity in your life pose a health risk to you or your family.
If you are unable to attend this event and would like to have your blood-lead levels tested, please contact Panhandle Health by calling 208-783-0707 to schedule an appointment. Free blood-lead testing year-round for anyone living or involved in recreation within the Bunker Hill Superfund Site.
