Eligible individuals can donate blood from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Seminary Building of Oxford Presbyterian Church at 101 N. Main St.
According to a press release from Solvita Blood Center (formerly Community Blood Center), one-fourth of all blood donations will go to cancer patients.
Donors will receive a t-shirt and be entered in a drawing for Rose Bowl tickets and a $1,000 Expedia gift card for travel expenses.
Donors can make an appointment with Solvita on the Donor Time app, on their website or by calling (937) 461-3220. Donors must be at least 17 years of age, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good physical health.
