Red Cross encourages blood drive with giveaway

MISSOULA, Mont. — Blood donations often decline during the holiday season, and The American Red Cross is accepting donations across Montana.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the film “Elf,” people who donate between Nov. 10 and Nov. 30 will get a free pair of “Elf” and Red Cross socks.

Donors can book an appointment on the Red Cross Blood Donor App, by clicking here, or calling 1-800-RED CROSS.
