Update of cardiovascular disease (CVD) profile indicators for heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease and stroke data for commissioning organisations. The profiles provide an overview of data on cardiovascular and cardiovascular related conditions of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease. Data will be available for England, Integrated Care Boards and upper tier local authority where available.
