One dead, 63 infections reported in salmonella outbreak linked to cantaloupes as Canada updates warning

One person has died and 17 people have been hospitalized in a salmonella outbreak linked to cantaloupes, according to an updated statement from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on Saturday.

In total, there have been 63 reported infections of the disease across the country.
