Blizzard Wants To Give You A PC Cooled With Human Blood

Blizzard has announced a unique competition that gives players a chance to win a brand-new PC that is cooled with human blood.

Yes, you read that right. A PC cooled with human blood.

Known as the Blood Harvest, Blizzard is holding a campaign to increase the amount of blood being donated in the United States. After donating at the clinic of their choice, players are able to submit proof of their donation to the event where a running total is being tracked.

Prizes will begin once 33%, or 439 pints, of blood are donated. These include in-game Diablo 4 items such as a Bloodpetal Anlace dagger, a Bloodpetal Sever axe, a Bloodpetal Blade sword, a Bloodpetal Bludgeon druid staff, and a Bloodpetal Heart necromancer offhand weapon. At 66%, players will get the Babarian-specific Loch Raeth Maor amour.

Then, at 100% of the goal — 666 quarts of blood — a Vermillion Eye Piebald mount will become available. That’s also when the sweepstakes for the human blood-cooled PC will open.

In addition to the blood, the PC being given away is a pretty powerful machine. It features an Intel Core i9-13900K, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090, 64 GB of DDR5 RAM, and 3 TB Gen5 NVMe M.2 SSD storage. It also comes in a custom-designed Diablo red/black color palette with Season of Blood graphics.

As of publishing, 27% of the goal has been reached. For those who can’t donate blood, the in-game prizes will still become available to you should the appropriate goals be reached.
