A Queensbury woman has been arrested after police said she drove with a blood alcohol level over three times the legal limit.
South Glens Falls Police spotted 31-year-old Georgia R. Morrill on Main Street on Oct. 17 at about 9:40 p.m. going 45 mph in a 30 mph zone, according to a news release. Officers later stopped her vehicle in Glens Falls on Glen Street. Morrill appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests, police said.
She was arrested and a test revealed her blood alcohol concentration to be 0.28%. The legal limit is 0.08%.
She was processed and is due in Moreau Town Court on Nov. 1.
