To promote Diablo 4‘s Season of Blood, Blizzard is running a real-world Blood Harvest event in which players can donate blood to help unlock in-game rewards and a sweepstakes to win a powerful and morbid PC.

Diablo 4’s Season of Blood is underway, and Blizzard is using this event to promote a good cause.

The company announced the Blood Harvest – named for the widely-praised in-game events introduced this season – in which Diablo players in the US can donate blood to help unlock in-game rewards for all players.

If that wasn’t enough, there’s a pretty cool, if not strange, prize for reaching the Blood Harvest’s donation goal of 666 quarts of blood: a custom liquid-cooled PC infused with real human blood.

Between now and November 20, Diablo 4 players can help unlock in-game rewards and the aforementioned sweepstakes by donating blood and submitting proof of their donation to the event’s website.

Participation is limited to those in the US, though players worldwide will be able to reap the rewards and, if unlocked, enter the sweepstakes regardless of whether they personally donated.
