UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) – KLTV’s Jamey Boyum talks with Spencer Vet Services owner Dr. Randall Spencer and Jaclyn Taylor about their blood donor dog Blitz who recently died. They say blood donations from Blitz saved the lives of over 150 dogs in his 12 years of service.
