North Kingstown man arrested for DUI, blood alcohol content over twice legal limit

A North Kingstown man is facing DUI charges.

Gavin Kane, 21, was arrested in South Kingstown just after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Police investigated, after reports of a suspicious car in the Stone Cove Marina parking lot.

Kane allegedly had a blood alcohol content, over twice the legal limit.
